Root Canal (Endodontic) Treatment
Stella came to the clinic with pain and swelling in the right side of the lower jaw. After an X-ray examination, periapical pathology was identified at the lower right first molar and second premolar. Both teeth underwent root canal retreatment.
After eight months, a follow-up X-ray examination showed improvement and healing of the periapical lesion.
Tooth 21
Christina came to our clinic hoping to improve her smile, specifically the metal-ceramic crown she had worn for years on her central incisor.
First, we whitened the teeth of the upper and lower jaw, and then replaced the old crown with an all-ceramic one. This gave a more aesthetic and natural result.
The patient was very happy and felt more confident with her new smile.
First Phase of Orthodontic Treatment
Little Angeliki came to our clinic at around 7.5 years of age for a first orthodontic examination. The examination revealed a narrow upper jaw, and incorrect swallowing and speech patterns. A fixed upper jaw expansion appliance was fitted, and, with the help of a speech therapist, appropriate exercises were given for correct tongue posture and strengthening. Within 6 months we had the result shown in the photographs.
Orthodontic Treatment in Adults
Maria came to our clinic because she didn't like her smile. She knew she needed orthodontic treatment, but because she was an adult she was embarrassed to wear braces. She was offered "invisible" orthodontic treatment options and happily decided to go ahead with treatment. Now Maria smiles all the time, no longer embarrassed by her "crooked" teeth.
